This Kitewheel Customer Journey Hub release has some exciting new features, upgrades, and bug fixes.

The highlights include:

New Navigation Features

Kitewheel has upgraded the underlying navigation structure of the Hub application to better support common web application features.

Bookmarking and Deep-linking

Kitewheel now supports the ability to bookmark and share links to projects, journey maps, graphs, nodes, and administrative settings. This allows users to easily bookmark and share specific elements of their work inside projects. If a user is not logged in, Kitewheel will automatically route users to the login page and then reroute them to the desired page once the login process is complete.

Back Button

Kitewheel now supports the ability to easily go back to the previous page using the browser back button

Automatic Lockouts

As part of Kitewheel's overall investment in providing a secure and scalable platform, we've introduced new functionality to prevent Brute-Force attacks. Kitewheel will automatically lock users out for 30 minutes after 5 unsuccessful attempts. Users will receive the following message in the platform.

If an administrator tries to reset the password while the user is locked out, they will be informed that the user is locked out and to try again in 30 minutes.

Please note this workflow is not supported for Single-Sign On customers. Single-Sign On customers will manage lock out settings with their Identity Provider.
