XDP Functionality

Xponent supports integration of Customer Data Platform (CDP) in to Journey Orchestration (JO) resulting in real-time profile enrichments, segmentation, and advanced analytics capabilities.

Enable XDP Functionality

1. To enable the XDP Functionality, click the Advanced grid located on the right side of the organization page.

2. Select the On radio button to change the configuration.

3. Click Enable XDP to confirm the XDP Activation. Enabling the XDP Functionality will add XdpSegments and XdpAttributes keys to this organization profile schema.

Disable XDP Functionality

1. To disable the XDP Functionality, click the Advanced tab located on the right side of the page.

2. Select the Off radio button to change the configuration.
   
   

    

3. Click Disable XDP to confirm the XDP Deactivation. Disabling the XDP Functionality prevents access to the data used in the XdpSegments and XdpAttributes keys.
