Kitewheel's Customer Journey Discovery Analytics dashboard is designed to allow you to understand at the macro scale what is happening within your orchestrated journeys and to discover areas for improvement. The Analytics dashboard is accessible via the Discovery tab under Analytics once analytics has been enabled. If you would like to enable the analytics for your project please contact your Kitewheel Customer Success team.
In order to be able to use Customer Journey Discovery Analytics you need to have deployed the core of the Kitewheel ID Manager that records customer profiles, journey steps and interactions.
The Journey Discovery Dashboard page is broken into a number of sections:
An Analytics Filtering bar remains sticky at the bottom of the page and affects all of the visualizations on the Journey Discovery Dashboard. The global filter defines the population for all of the visualizations. See the Analytics Filtering page for more details.
