Overview
API Gateway Signature: The REST connector has been updated to enable AWS key generation. We have added a control to designate whether the AWS API Gateway signature will be appended in the web service adaptor, as well as a series of input fields to support this functionality. This change enables streamlined graph configuration and improves overall scalability.
Kafka Connector Enhancements: We have two enhancement in this release for our Kafka connector.
Behavior within the Library context: This update ensures that when a Kafka connector, listener and/or adaptor is part of a template or managed graph, those assets can be successfully exported to a new project version. In addition, users are able to create and edit the Kafka connectors, listeners and/or adaptors from the Library.
Support for authentication using SASL/PLAIN with TLS to Confluent Kafka service: Update to allow connection to Kafka servers (zookeeper and brokers) that are using TLS encryption by default.
