For first-time users, the segment list will be empty. Use the Create Segment functionality to build or create a new segment.
To open the Segment List, In the Analytics grid, click Segmentation.

Deleting Please be careful while deleting a segment. It is a hard delete functionality. Once the segment is deleted from the Segment list, it will also get removed from the databasepermanent action and can not be undone.
However, If you are accidentally deleting a segment, you can recreate the same segment at any time.
