Overview
This release is intended to upgrade our support for our internal operational databases to the latest version of Postgres supported by Amazon.
No additional work was completed with this release.
Bug Fixes
Some startup scripts and database migrations were modified or removed to guarantee compatibility with the latest PostgreSQL database.
