The Web Service GET method issues an HTTP GET method on the specified endpoint (as set via the specified connection). A valid GET will require a Web Service Connection.
It generally assumes a JSON response, though it will check the response headers and/or the 'Convert Output to String' setting to allow for responses that as a raw text string.
