User Roles

There are 2 user roles. If there are features you’d like to enable but cannot due to your user role level, please contact Xponent Support to do so.

Editor

Editors can create, design, edit, and share dashboards. Xponent Editors determine whether the user with who they share a dashboard has editing rights (is an Editor) or only viewing rights (Participant).

Editors can search and manage all the alerts you have created. Also, it lets you find suggested alerts based on data you view in Domo.

You can choose whether you are alerts notified by email, text, phone call or Domo’s mobile app when your alerts are triggered.

Editors can create the workflow and define it into the queues.

Editor licenses must be granted by the Xponent Data team.

Participant

Participants can view, explore, drill down, make selections, filter the dashboards, use the alerts, and view the app store that Editors share with them.

The Participants cannot create new dashboards or edit existing ones.

Participant licenses provide view-only capabilities, with the ability to filter various data attributes to drill down into the data visualizations. It can also export the reports as well as set up and view alerts.
