Kitewheel October 2019 Release Notes
Kitewheel October 2019 Release Notes
Overview
The October 2019 release introduces a new feature called Journey Steps, the ability to integrate your customized performance dashboard into the Hub and bug fixes.
New Features
Journey Steps
- Journey Steps can now be created with outcomes (positive, neutral, negative) defined in the Journey tab
- Integration between Journey Maps and Graphs is improved through Journey Steps appearing in both parts of the hub
- Graphs and Journey Maps can now be associated with specific Journey Steps to ensure main points of interest to a business are captured in project execution
- With this release, past default journey "steps" in the journey map will now be re-named to "node" to avoid confusion and to align with graph nomenclature
Kitewheel ID Manager
- The Kitewheel ID Manager introduces an integrated profile store, journey step and interaction database into the Kitewheel Hub
- This simplifies existing workflows by automatically storing the values associated with a customer into the database and serves as the main source of building the customer profile
- This eliminates manual consolidation of customer profiles via automated profile collapsing against matching identities and enables granular visibility into a customer's journey performance
- The Kitewheel Identity Manager stores customer profiles, journey steps and interactions via:
- Update Profile Node
- Merging (or collapsing) one or more profiles in the profile store and returning a single profile
- Interaction Type
- Saves the details of the current interaction to the Kitewheel Profile Store via the Save Interaction Node
- Identifier Type
- Provides a way for you to identify and manage your customer profile
- Update Profile Node
Performance Dashboard
- Provide a custom view into project goals and KPI’s that include customer and project specific information that is not included in Journey Discovery Analytics
- Performance Dashboards are integrated into the hub to provide immediate data critical to your business
- Please see your Customer Success Manager or Support team for more information on how to specify and access reports
